Apeirogon feels slow to respond
The first AI response after launching Apeirogon can take a few seconds while the local model loads into memory. After that, responses should feel near-instant. If it stays slow, check Account → Diagnostics for hardware compatibility notes.
A file won't import correctly
Some advanced formatting (custom fonts, embedded macros, exotic chart types) may not convert perfectly. Try File → Import again and check the import report for anything flagged as skipped or approximated.
License won't activate
Make sure you're connected to the internet for the initial activation — after that, Apeirogon works offline. If activation still fails, confirm you haven't hit your device limit under Account → License, and deactivate an unused device if needed.
